The Systech Illinois 8001 offers precision oxygen permeation analysis of packaging film barriers. It is a versatile and easy to operate oxygen permeation analyser with 2 stations for testing films or packages. Offering the highest quality oxygen sensor in the market with the lowest replacement cost, this instrument provides extremely fast purge down times and accurate readings at the lowest levels. With the widest measurement range in the market, this analyser can be used for research and development permeation testing and has the speed required for use in Quality Control testing. The 8001 oxygen permeation analyser offers precision temperature, humidity and flow control providing consistent and repeatable test conditions. With a wide sample temperature range and a controllable Relative Humidity range, this oxygen permeability tester is able to provide fast changeover from wet to dry sample runs. To increase testing throughput, there are expansion modules available for up to twelve oxygen permeation measurements simultaneously. There is no need for archaic liquid coolants, catalysts or expensive gas mixtures – just simple Nitrogen and Oxygen. All Systech Illinois analysers are certified traceable to NIST. Systech Illinois’ test laboratory offers a Permeation Testing service for companies throughout the world that either haven’t the time or the facilities for their own in-house testing.
